The STRONG LEAP-S3 is a compact streaming media player that connects to any television with an HDMI input to provide access to Google TV and the full Google Play Store library of streaming apps. The device outputs video at up to 4K Ultra HD resolution with HDR10 and Dolby Vision support, delivering vivid colours and enhanced contrast on compatible television displays. Dolby Atmos audio passthrough provides immersive surround sound when connected to compatible audio systems.

Running Google TV, the LEAP-S3 provides a unified interface that aggregates content recommendations from subscribed streaming services including Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, YouTube, and many others into a single personalised home screen. The Google Assistant is built in and can be activated via the included voice-enabled remote control for hands-free searching, app launching, and smart home device control. Chromecast Built-in allows casting content from smartphones and tablets directly to the television.

Connectivity includes HDMI 2.1 output, Wi-Fi (2.4 GHz and 5 GHz dual-band), Bluetooth for wireless audio devices and game controllers, and an Ethernet port for stable wired network connections. The device is powered via USB-C and includes the necessary power adapter. Internal storage accommodates app installations, and external USB storage can expand capacity if needed.
