Bosch 18V 4.0Ah Lithium-Ion Battery Pack

Bosch 18V 4.0Ah battery pack (1 600 A01 1T8) is a rechargeable lithium-ion battery designed for the Bosch 18V Professional cordless power tool system. The 4.0Ah capacity provides extended runtime for demanding applications such as drilling, driving, sawing, and grinding, enabling professionals and serious DIY users to complete larger jobs on a single charge.

The battery features Bosch's Electronic Cell Protection (ECP) system, which monitors temperature, charge state, and current flow to protect the cells from overheating, deep discharge, and overload. This extends the battery's overall lifespan and ensures consistent performance throughout its service life. A three-LED charge level indicator on the battery housing allows quick visual assessment of remaining capacity.

The battery is compatible with all Bosch Professional 18V cordless tools (blue range), including drills, impact drivers, circular saws, angle grinders, and garden tools — one battery system powering over 100 tools. The compact design minimises weight and bulk on the tool. Charging is via a compatible Bosch 18V charger (sold separately). Weight is approximately 600 g.
